(Montevideo, MN) Due to concerns about COVID-19, many residents in and around the city of Montevideo are questioning the decision to proceed with the upcoming School Referendum vote which is scheduled for April 14th.  Superintendent of District 129, Dr. Luther Heller, says despite the Coronavirus concerns and the fact that the voting process had already started last month, the district is bound by state law to proceed with the vote:
