(St. Paul, MN)  —  Governor Tim Walz is expected to provide an update on the state’s COVID-19 response during a live speech this evening.  Some believe he will extend a peacetime state of emergency that has allowed his administration to temporarily close schools, shutter some businesses, and order residents to stay home.  Governor Walz could also address the future of the stay-at-home order, which is set to end Monday.  Tonight’s 6 p.m. address will stream live on the governor’s YouTube page:
