(Montevideo, MN) — The total number of Minnesotans that have tested positive for COVID-19 now stands at 25,508 as of this morning. Nearly 1100 have died from the virus and over 20,000 people have recovered. Statewide, the numbers have continued their downward trend over the last few days. Recently, cases in Lyon have risen sharply. Lyon now has 65 cases, while Chippewa stands at 51. Swift County sits at 19 and Yellow Medicine has been holding steady at 6. The number of confirmed cases in Lac Qui Parle County remains at 3.
